口語測試都是老套路，不管是用人單位還是獵頭，問你的都是常規問題，比如自我介紹，比如個性，比如職業規劃，比如你的收穫和體會。很多人可能會對口語測試緊張，不知道說什麼，其實就象中文面試一樣，你只要事先做個準備就好了。
比如自我介紹，這個是基本都會問的，但是也不要隨便回答。自己事先寫好，背熟，面試時候自然一點流利地講出來，至少可以留下一半的好印象。
對於平時不用英語的人來說，如果有機會去外企面試，至少前一天要把自己的英文簡歷閱讀幾遍，找找感覺，象自我介紹這樣的準備材料，也要熟讀。不然真正面試的時候，一張嘴結結巴巴，單詞發音也不準，句子也不連貫，那就功虧一簣了。
這裏想說的是，除非你應聘翻譯，或者一些中高層職位需要和外國人做工作交流的，一般的英語口語測試都很容易通過，不用緊張。不過HR都不喜歡這樣的人：簡歷上寫的是“英語聽說讀寫流利”，結果面試的時候結結巴巴說不出來的。還有一些人一個勁強調，自己大學英語很不錯，就是工作了沒機會接觸，現在生疏了，只有給自己一段時間，英語一定沒問題。
與其說這些話的，早幹什麼了？早做準備，面試的時候纔會一鼓作氣、一氣呵成，求職應聘好公司好職位的人多了，憑什麼就給你鍛鍊的.機會呢？
所以，不要奢望狗屎運經常會降臨，要真想實現自己的目標，必要的付出還是要做的。英語口語，不是非要參加什麼培訓班或者背誦多少新概念才行，要應付外企的面試，有本不錯的《面試英語》，其實也足夠了。
另外有一個快速提高面試口語的辦法，就是請留意那些外企招聘廣告裏，關於該職位的英語描述和任職資格要求。
這些也就是所謂很多人頭疼和陌生的專業詞彙，你只要多收集幾家就會發現，大同小異，個別詞換種表達，內容都差不多。你的英文簡歷也可以參照這個要求去寫，把相關經驗和工作業績補充進去就很完美了，面試時候再按照這個說出來，把握更大。
基本上，外資公司在招聘廣告裏，用中文刊登的職位對英語要求都不高，反之則需要英語水平稍高。對於那些自己感興趣的公司和職位，多收集一些英文的招聘要求，對提高應聘英語水平幫助很大。

if luckily I got the chance to learn environment engineering in tongji university, i will concentrate on the study and reserch in this field. first i will hard to learn the theoritical knowledge,constucting a solid base for my future work; second i would like to do some practical work with the help of the supervisor ang classmate through this ,i can get something that cannot be acquired from the textooks. i believe after 2 years of learning ,my dream will finally come true..
Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:
First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens’ thoughts. What’s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters’ refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.
Next, I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. And the most important, it’s my great honor to open my ears to your teaching.
Finally, I want to talk about a very practical problem. That is my dream of becoming a teacher in the university. I want to realize my dream and make myself to be a well-qualified person. I think the postgraduate studies can enrich my knowledge and make me competent in my future job.
That’s my simple and clear reasons why I took the postgraduate exams.
